The CS-6000i also includes a plastic fitted wide table to support your larger projects such as quilts.
Easy To Use and Fully Featured

The sewing functions of the CS6000i are controlled with a simple to use LCD display. This allows computerized stitch selection. You simply select one of the 60 built in stitches you want to sew on the display, and the machine sews that stitch automatically. There are a wide variety of utility and decorative stitches to choose from. The LCD also displays the length and width of each stitch. Both stitch length and stitch width are adjustable using the key pad on the machine. The stitch width can be adjusted up to 7mm. This display also guides you to the appropriate foot to be used for each type of stitch. Upper thread tension is adjustable by dial so you can adjust as desired for various types of thread and fabric.
Sewers can use either the included foot pedal to operate the machine or the start/stop button built into the machine.
Reverse stitching is also built in with the reverse sewing button. Reverse sewing at the beginning and end of each seam will allow you to lock in your stitches so that they do not unravel. The sewing area is brightly lit with dual LED lighting so you can easily see your seam and needle placement.
The CS6000i is a freearm sewing machine. You simply remove the freearm attachment to sew small items such as cuffs and sleeves or leave it in place for a flatbed work area. This machine also comes with a large extension table to give you more room to work on large projects such as quilts, tablecloths, or when working with bulky fabrics.
This sewing machine is packaged with a wide assortment of sewing feet. The CS6000i comes with a bonus quilting foot package which includes a walking foot, quilting guide and spring action quilting foot. It also comes with a hard cover to safely store your machine when not in use. The sewing machine comes with a wide assortment of accessories, including extra bobbins, needle set, extra spool pin, twin needle, seam ripper, cleaning brush, eyelet punch, screw driver, and assorted types of snap-on presser feet. The feet included are Monogramming Foot, Buttonhole Foot, Blind Stitch Foot, Overcasting Foot, Zipper Foot, and Button Fitting Foot. Additionally, a power cord, foot control and instruction manual are packaged with the machine. This item is covered by a limited 25-year warranty.

Features:

Quick-Set, Drop-In Bobbin and Thread Cutter:
The CS6000i’s drop in bobbin exemplifies ease of use. Simply insert the bobbin into the top load drop in bobbin case, follow the easy to use thread guide and replace the bobbin cover. The manual thread cutter eliminates the need for scissors and there is no need to bring up the bobbin thread before sewing. Simply insert the bobbin and pull the thread to the side and you’re ready to sew.
LCD Screen:
The easy-to-use LCD Panel allows for simple stitch selection and settings using the + and - buttons. It provides guidance as to which presser foot to use with each available stitch in clear large font and also allows you to adjust the stitch length and width.
7 Styles of Auto Buttonholes:
Simply insert a regular sized button right into the back of the buttonhole foot and the machine will then utilize the button as a guide to make a perfectly fitted buttonhole in any one of seven styles you can choose.

    Threading:
Threading is easy with the built in automatic needle threader. This will save you lots of time and frustration. The machine also features an automatic bobbin winder and quick set drop in bobbin which are both easy to use. You just drop the bobbin into the bobbin case, follow the thread guide, and you are ready to sew.
    Machine Operation:

The CS6000i comes with a start stop feature which allows you to run the machine without the foot control. Of course, you also have the included foot control if you prefer to sew with that as well.
The machine has a needle up/needle down button which allows you to end your sewing with the needle in the fabric. This can be especially helpful when pivoting your fabrics and for piecing.

    Customer Reviews

This machine represents the most incredible value-for-money on the market today. It is very, very easy to use, and the manual is exceptionally helpful. It comes with every foot and accessory you could ever possibly need. In fact, there is nothing more you can buy for it. Compare that to the other sewing machine manufacturers, which give you only the most basic feet and then you must purchase everything else separately. If you have been hankering for the convenience of fully computerized sewing, automatic needle threading, push-button sewing, and lots of fun stitches, don't hesitate. I highly recommend this machine. I've owned very expensive machines from all the top manufacturers, and would not recommend it if the stitches were not beautiful or if it were loud or junky. This was given to me as a gift (I'm ashamed to say I would probably have walked right past it because of its low price) and I love it so much, I have gone on to buy the Brother serger here on Amazon, and also a $999.00 Brother Innovis, which is another tremendous bargain. I was really pleased to see that even the more expensive machine uses the same bobbins and feet as this one, and this has many of the same features. This $200 machine comes iwth virtually all the same attachments as the $1000 one.
This is the machine that some of the larger sewing and quilting expos are using in their workshops now because they are so lightweight, easy to learn, and reliable. High end Berninas and Vikings are just too complicated for people to sit down and learn at in a classroom setting, and they are way too expensive. This machine is the Featherweight of the 21st century, with tons of stitches and fun built in. Go for it!

I wanted a mid-range sewing machine with some flexibility, and this is the machine. I sews quickly and flawlessly, and is super easy to learn. It seems well made, and very intuitive to learn. I love the computerized stitch selection - so easy to change stitch length and width. I've had no problems with winding the bobbin as in previous Singer machines. I love the fact that it comes with a quilting table and a case, too, what a deal. It seems to me to be a good, basic machine that would be great for a beginner or intermediate sewer. I've made several purses since I bought this machine, and they stitched up very well. Good selection of presser feet with this machine, as well. Easy to thread and easy to wind the bobbin. The bobbins are readily available everywhere, so I bought a dozen for $2 so that I could keep plenty wound and ready to go. This machine is very light and easy to carry around - that's a big plus for someone like me who has to sew at the kitchen table. I could have rated the machine 5 stars, but haven't had it long enough to really have super deep feelings about it, so far I'd just say it seems to be a good mid-range machine and I would recommend it. My other machines have been an expensive Singer (nothing but trouble), a budget Brother, and a Baby Lock Serger.
